President's Biography

Jason Michael Adelman was born and raised in Southern California. There he attended California State University of Northridge (CSUN) along with two other colleges, where he received two degrees, one in Business Administration and Finance. Jason & HCF holds insurance licenses in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health along with a license as a Surplus Lines Broker in several states.

Jason began his insurance career at HCF as a Program's Manager located in Woodland Hills, California. There he spent several years learning the Property & Casualty side of insurance, utilizing his education while sharpening his people skills to service his clients. Jason has an innate sense of empathy for the employees he manages along with the clients he services. He understands that competitive programs for his clients are what sells a product, but customer service tied in with empathy is what builds a relationship. Jason also understands the insurance agency structure, managing this type of industry for nearly a decade. Jason has formed strong alliances with several "A" rated insurance companies President's and have utilized these relationships to benefit HCF's clients.

Jason Michael Adelman has developed strong ties in both the local and federal government. He has built several strong relationships, and has been a strong supporter of California's first Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi (please see inset picture).
